Matcrete
A enhanced fiber-cement blend that is to be mixed with a solution of FlexBond (a liquid additive), for the saturation and impregnation of CemForce and CemLam forming a reinforced, vapor-proof product of about 4 to 8 mm in thickness. Matcrete creates a thin, reinforced, waterproof cement lining to be applied directly onto hard compacted soil, the inner surface of old,cracked reservoirs etc. For the cost-effective creation of any water-containing structure.
Permastop
Permastop is a non-toxic unique chemical treatment for the waterproofing, protection, and repair of concrete. It is applied as a cementitious slurry to a cement surface that is pre-saturated with water. The active chemicals diffuse into the substrate and react with moisture and the constituents of hardened concrete to cause a catalytic reaction that permanently seals the concrete and prevents the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction, even under high hydrostatic pressure.
CemLam
CemLam is a lightly woven polypropylene tape with a 4mm x 4mm mesh fabric made of polypropylene strands and fibers, laminated by hot extrusion to form a tough, waterproof substrate. It is resistant to the alkalinity of cement and offers an extended fibrous interface on the strands with which the cement matrix can mechanically bond. The cement matrix is specially formulated to form part of the CemLam to act like fiber glass and resin.
SiliconSeal
SiliconSeal Water-Based combines the properties of both organic polymers and inorganic silicates like quartz and cures to form durable cross-linked resins. Depending on the porosity of the surface to be treated. SiliconSeal Water-Based penetrates the pore structure to a depth of about 5-10mm and alters the masonry/water interfacial tension in this region and curing to form durable cross-linked resins. Masonry treated in this way can still “breathe” and moisture can dry out through the surface.
Glass Fibre Mesh
Glass Fibre Mesh is a treated 4mm x 4mm glass fiber mesh used exclusively with BaseCoat onto polystyrene surfaces as part of the Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS). It is alkaline resistant and improves impact resistance and firmness in conjunction with thin skim plasters.
CemForce
CemForce is an open-textured reinforcing (4mm x 4mm) mesh fabric made of polypropylene strands and fibres. It was designed for use with cement matrices. it is inert to the alkalinity of cement and has an extended fibrous interface area with which the cement matrix can interact and mechanically bond. The Cemcrete mixes are specially formulated to form part of the CemForce, similar to fiberglass and resin.
