Provides a tough, durable, flexible, clear coating surfaces of concrete, cement plaster and masonry. MultiPurpose Water-Based Sealer combines aesthetic appeal with protective performance. The main properties are UV resistance, non-yellowing, resists becoming brittle, water-fast, alkali resistant and carbon dioxide tight. It is therefore invaluable for protecting concrete reinforcing against corrosion caused by carbonation. It has good binding properties on friable surfaces and can be recoated.

Concrete Primer is a modified liquid cement primer to be used on floated (rough) and porous surfaces, ensuring a good bond onto the substrate. Dense, impervious surfaces should be ground so as to expose the surface pores and to create a relatively flat and level surface. It’s used to equalise suction by reducing substrate porosity and to ensure a good bond onto the substrate being coated.

SiliconSeal greatly reduces the water absorption of concrete, clay bricks, natural stone, fibre cement and plaster. SiliconSeal can also be used for the prevention of rising damp in brick walls by pumping the fluid into previously drilled holes along the course immediately above the faulty damp-proof membrane.

CemBond contains resin with exceptional adhesive qualities. It has been proven over the past couple of decades to be a reliable general-purpose adhesive for the building and decorative industry.To dispense with hacking when plastering, tiling or painting onto smooth or friable surfaces. It can be used as an adhesive, a bonding liquid for friable surfaces, as a primer for PVA and acrylic paints, as a cement additive to improve adhesion, mixed with cement as a crack filler and mixed with propriety crack fillers to limit ghosting of filled spots when over coating with paint. It can be used in plaster mixes to improve the strength and integrity of the plaster and is invaluable for improving the adhesion of cement based decorative coatings to difficult surfaces.

Matcrete is an enhanced fibre-cement blend mixed with Polymer liquids to form a reinforced, vapour-proof layer that is 4-8mm in thickness. Matcrete comes is several colours and is perfectly suited for the coating of decorative or fish ponds, water channels and reservoirs. Matcrete can be used with reinforced membranes to create a rock-hard coating and waterproof light structures with movement. 

Canesayf is a water-based solution of fire-retardant and intumescent chemicals in a polymer emulsion binder formulated for the protection of thatch roofing. On exposure to heat, the fire retardant forms a protective char that restricts oxygen flow to the surface and reduces the surface temperature of the coated base.

ColourCem is a milled blend of white or grey Portland cement and selected compatible pigments. Strengths are similar to those of Portland cement, but if dark shades are required, up to 10% more ColourCem should be used for a given strength. To achieve integrally coloured concrete, plaster, mortar or pre-cast concrete. Care should be taken in the choice of aggregates, shuttering and general continuity of work. Tests should be done to ensure desired results.

EIFS BaseCoat is a special mixture of various admixtures and Ordinary Portland Cement for repair of concrete and masonry, adhering and surfacing of EIFS insulation boards prior to applying Cemcrete’s decorative coatings. EIFS BaseCoat’s use is twofold. Firstly it can be used as a repair mortar for leveling, patching and filling masonry, concrete and plaster before painting, with or without a glassfibre reinforcing mesh. And secondly as an adhesive for pasting EIFS insulation board (polystyrene) or feature segments onto the interior or exterior of buildings before covering with glassfibre reinforced mesh impregnated with the same material.
