Concrete Primer is a modified liquid cement primer to be used on floated (rough) and porous surfaces, ensuring a good bond onto the substrate. Dense, impervious surfaces should be ground so as to expose the surface pores and to create a relatively flat and level surface. It’s used to equalise suction by reducing substrate porosity and to ensure a good bond onto the substrate being coated.
